Okay. In the world of Sarmatia, there are your frozen lands in the north and south, and there are your temperate lands in the middle. The eastern lands are comprised of Niako and Batei, the main setting of the story. The capital od Niako is Akess, where we will begin. Other main cities are Oreis, Osira, and Mt. Hellfire thet you can travel to if you wish. Each of the main cities is dominated by a Tower or a castle, fortresses if you will. Oreis is a castle while Osira and Akess are Towers. Oreis is settled beside a desert, where they breed dragons, black dragons mainly but most any dragons are available. The creatures of Niako range from just about anything to everything. Giant spiders, trolls, ogres, elves, ents (dendroids), dragons, Coristors (capitalized (Anor)). If you would like to be a Siranian, fine, but their first name i.e. Itsaki is their last name and their last name i.e. Kaia is their first name, so if their name is Itsaki Kaia (which it shouldn't be), then in our culture it would be Kaia Itsaki, but Siranians, out of respect refer to each other by their last names, such as Itsaki.
Itsaki stood up from his four-post bed. He stretched and put on his armor. He donned his non-combat helmet, strapped on his sword, and pinned his cloak in place. He opened the steel bound door, and into the medieval corridor. As he did so, the two guards that flanked his doorway stood at attention. “Good morning, Sarin. Any news for me this morning?” He said to the soldier on his left. “Yes, General.” He handed Itsaki a scroll. “Thank you.” Itsaki unfurled the ribbon bound parchment. Inside was a note from the tower’s second in command, Commander Salem. It was a message saying they had some information on the Andro’s current military positions. And so he went. Itsaki was the Supreme General of the land of Niako. Well, it was actually all of the Eastern lands, but it made the Commanders in Batei feel like they had more power. The Tower of Akess was the military center of Niako and where Itsaki lived and worked. Itsaki himself was a Siranian, a legendary race descended from elves, a powerful demi-god, and a gold dragon. He was six feet, five inches tall, with broad, strong shoulders, and very muscular. He was the most powerful and most feared warrior in all of Sarmatia. Itsaki met with Salem in the hallway. "Good morning, sir," Salem said, standing full. "So where are the Andor at now?" "Well, they are moving around in the Horserider Lands." "Causing trouble?" "Well, the Horsemen are upset. It seems that the Andro are bulding a fortress. They have named it Saramar." "Black Death. Fitting. Tell the Horsemen that we will look into it." "Yessir." Salem left down the hallway. Damn Andro.

Atreyu was in the Loham library. Still. He was practicing on his magic. Still. He was looking for new spells in the old section. Oh, something interesting. A traveling spell. A very strange traveling spell, the wording was very unusual but it was in the old language so he might have just mistranslated. He couldn't wait try it out. Traveling took forever and if he could find a spell to transport him it would save a lot of time. He set up the spell, it wasn't that complex really although he wasn't sure why he needed a crystal as a sort of a door opener thingy. he really wasn't sure and he was doing exactly what he was told not to, he was doing spells he didn't completely understand. He worked it without a hitch involved, Although it did require massive amounts of power. He had plenty of that to spare but the amount he had to spare surprised even him. He must have been stronger than usual even for an adept. He was a wind adept which meant he had wings, hightened reflexes, heal rate, magic, balance, and some other interesting effects which came from his adaptation of magic. As the spell went into affect his wings twitched in agitation. Something wasn't completely right. Instead of being where he planed he felt stretched. Stretched, it was very painful. When would it stop?! In a flash of brilliant color he was back to normal. He blinked a couple times to clear his eyes of the light blindness. What was the tower doing here? Everything was wrong! Nothing looked like it should. He... He could be in a different world!

No one knew that anything was going to happen, why would it in the middle of a calm quiet day? Well, it happened in a flash of blinding light. Everyone within range saw it. A bell rang at the top of the tower. Itsaki heard the bell, and he instantly looked out of a window in the hallway. He could see nothing out of the ordinary. He then saw it, a confused looking... angel? No, he was too impure looking to be an angel. But yet he had wings. What on Sarmatia was this thing? Itsaki hurtled to the nearest elevator, pulling the red flag. A box appeared to him almost instantly, and he flew down the shaft, stopping suddenly, but safely, at the bottom. He rushed across the bare lobby, out the doors of the tower and across the top of the plateau. He ran down the stairs three at a time, and rushed through the open wall gates, to find... a rather small being. Itsaki didn't realize that the creature was so small. Hmm. Itsaki looked at him in the eyes. "Hello, sir. May I ask who you are and what you are doing, transporting as you did onto my land?"

"You fool!" The woman yelled angrily at the empty space where Atreyu once stood. She had followed his magical trail to this point out of the library- how dare he abandon her like that? And being foolish with magic. YOU NEVER LISTEN!" She shouted, stomping her foot. She had purposely not taught him transportation magics because of this. World jumping. Heaving a sigh, Silver Fang prepared the spell for world jumping and ripped open a portal angrily. "I am going to fucking kill you Atreyu for not obeying." She growled, then stepped into the unfamiliar world. "Atreyu! Why don't you LISTEN!?" She shouted as she came out next to her avian student, friend, and lover. She glared it him, then became aware of her surroundings. A field, a tower, and a guy running towards them. Good, a fight. Silver stood at an easy six foot four, was lean, solid muscle and a powerful magician and fighter. Her grey and pale blue eyes narrowed as her tail arched up, fur bristling. Her brown and silvery grey ears flattened with irritation. "Great, now you get us killed." She snapped, the portal she had made closing behind her. She listened to the mans words, then shrugged. This was Atreyu's problem to answer for.

Itsaki flinched when he saw the woman appear beside Atreyu. She looked like she could give even Itsaki a run for his money. He had his elven sword on his back, but wondered if he would regret not bringing his broadsword as well. He wondered if the female was even going to threaten him in any way. He turned to the wolf-female. How many odd creatures were going to magically show up? he thought. "And who, may I ask, are you?" He stepped back and looked at them both. "Are are you two? And why the hell are you here?"

Shit. How was he supposed to know he would end up in another world? The coordinates where right, he did not make a mistake, the wording was strange but..... And how in all of Life did he ever have enough power to get so far? He cursed silently under his breath when Silver Fang appeared. Oh, if only he hadn't found that damn book! He couldn't help himself sometimes. He got so curious and he just had to try it out. His wings folded in tight and he flinched as she began to yell at him. He knew he had fucked up in the major way but that was when Silver wasn't there. There was a giant man trying to speak to him. They were killed? How? He arranged his wings so that he could get of the ground fast in preperation. He was even prepared to take his master with him even though she most certainly would not need him to. Now to the matter at hand. There was a giant man, he looked very dangerous, and the person was asking him the obvious questions. Who are you and why are you here? That was easy enough to answer. "I am Atreyu and this is my master and friend," he felt the man didn't need to know all about his relationship with the beautiful woman, "Silver Fang. I am here from a spell that... didn't work exactly right and she is here," he hung his head at what he had did, "to retrieve me I suppose." He sighed out the words condemning himself to the worst.

Itsaki looked to the two. There was a lot more to the two than he wanted to know. "Well, I have no idea how you could have gotten here, but I can tell you one thing, you're not going out the way you came. There are so many magical force fields around this city that there is only one person that can do transportation magic, and that's the sorcerer that casted those spells. I would love to take you to him to see if he could find you a way home, but... he's not exactly here right now." That forced Itsaki to think about the nature of the sorcere he had been discussing. "If I may ask, what is the name of your planet? The world that you came here from?" He was hoping to the Gods that these weren't... No, they couldn't be, that was too long ago.

He kept his wings neatly folded in, he felt it was respectfull to others, especially those he didn't know. Home planet? That wasn't the way he thought about traveling to different places that he was not from. To him it was more of a world. A slight difference but it was big when he thought about it. He was still wondering whether death was imminant or not. "The world is called Terra. Meaning earth. What is yours called?" he asked feeling that calling it by any other name than what it was would be just plain wrong. "How could we get in if it was shielded so exactingly? I hardly feel drained." He said, boasting slightly although he truly did want the answer. At the thought of magic he prepared a simple shield spell, silent and effective.

Silver, arms crossed, remained silent throughout this entire exchange. She didn't bother with shields- she was confident in her skills and her evaluation of her opponent was as such- Powerful, dangerous, a challenge. "I am a master of world jumping." She said softly and, for once, in a nonthreatening tone. "My wild magic may be able to defeat trapped or earned magic, for my magic is my blood and is far more powerful than the average tame magic." Silver raised her hands and began playing with the spells surrounding the area. The giant was right; these spells were done by a master that could dabble in many forms of magic. How infuriating. After evaluating the spells, she began the process of wiggling a rift in between the mess of protective spells. Slowly, a quarter sized hole appeared to their world, but the lock of other magical spells flying about wouldn't let her get it any wider. "That's a pity." She sighed, letting the portal close again. "Looks like you are right, boy. This sorcerer of yours certainly knows his stuff." She turned to Atreyu, "As for you, because we are stuck in a unique circumstance, I will withhold your punishment until we return. Our resources are better spent finding a way out of here." Her ears perked up slightly, listening to the strange sounds of a different world. No matter how many times she jumped, it was always strange to see, feel, and hear the differences in each world.

"Just as I thought. Terra. Our sorcerer spoke much about the planet. Well, the time. My planet is called Sarmatia, at least now it is. As for how you got here, well, I have theories, but..." He trailed off in thought. "I wouldn't do that," he said after the woman was finished trying to cast her magic. "Unless you know the proper spell, you will be knocked unconcious if you try to leave here by teleporting. And I would tell you to just go beyond the borders of our magic, but our borders stretch tall the way to the elven forset, and they have more powerful magic surrounding their forest then we do. Beyond that are the mountains, and if you can cast magic there, well, you're a God. The dwarves don't trust magic, so they have every magic dampening crystal known to any species. You can't move a pebble without being knocked unconcious. Beyond that is Osira, same magic dampeners as here. Part that, another elven forest, and then the realm of the sorcerer of the Eastern lands. You don't want to mess with him, he isn't quite as kind as our sorcerer. Your best bet is the horserider lands, but that's four days by dragon, which takes three days to get here. I can have you out of here in a week. I would try for less, but that would mean I would need to call the sorcerer, and I can't quite do that. He's, not quite as obtainable as other sorcerers." He continued his thought from earlier. "This spot, the place you transported from, did it happen to be a library, by an chance?" He asked, throwing an idea out from one of his theories.

The avian cringed at the thought of naming the world Sarmatia. how could one name the land which was clearly of the element earth something other than what it was, earth? Atreyu had listened to the big man's lecture but his mind often wandered to the beautiful Silver Fang. He really didn't care why he couldn't do magic becuase he seemed to be using magic just fine he could keep his shield spell ready by second nature. The avians feathers drooped as he thought about all the lost studying of a week. He really was very sorry and tried to think of ways he could make his Silver happy. The giant's guess had surprised him so much that he almost dropped his spell. Instead he was left mentaly fumbling to hold on to it instead of place it or lose it. After about two seconds he answered. "Uh, Yes, I was in Loham library, It's the greatest center of magical learning. I was going through some old spells and found the transport one. But that doesn't matter. What matters is why are we here when here is apparently so strongly shielded and also why are you helping us? Silver and I can take care of ourselves." He was beggining to get tired of the big man and he just wanted to get away from this strange place.

Silver growled at Atreyu, "You were supposed to be researching, not dabbling. 'Find some spells, research them, and bring them back to me.' I do believe were my instructions, not, 'Please, test them all out until you find one you like.'." She rolled her eyes, "But what is done is done." Most of the wold demon's thoughts were very similar to Atreyu's- Why Sarmatia and not a form of Earth? She herself lived on multiple worlds and had homes on them, and one was called Bhumi, meaning earth and soil. Then she lived on Atreyu's world- Terra, meaning earth, ground. But there were a few strangely named worlds she had wandered into. One of the dampening spells Was uncomfortably close to her, and she shivered involuntarily. How could people live with themselves after binding up all the magic like this? It was sick. She used her mind to reach inwards and check her magic. Her wild magic was horribly subdued- it couldn't defeat these dampening spells. She reached in further, to her very soul and found her natural powers- the power of transformation and stuff like that. It was unaffected. Good to know. "He's right. We are quite capable of caring for ourselves. And why the HELL would you put dampeners everywhere!? That's...Sacrilege, that is! Magic isn't yours to control and tame like that. Your world will rot without it being free. Fools." She growled, thrashing her tail angrily. The woman wondered what this giant man would think if she latched her teeth into his thick neck...Her fangs bared slightly, but she stopped it. No. No violence. We may need him. "So, who the Hell are you and why is it this sorcerer you know is so difficult and unobtainable? Psht. He's probably off trying to figure out how to dominate the whole of your Sarmatia and finish killing it."

"There is a specific reason," Itsaki started to the woman, ignoring the winged midget for the time being, "that we dampen our magic. In the land of Sarmatia, there are few sorcerers. They are the ones who truly control magic. The ones lucky enough to study under them normally become no more than mere wizards who can do nothing more than cast minor fire or water spells. Currently, there are seven sorcerers. Five of them are Andro. We dampen our magic against the Andro sorcerers because we are at war with the Andro. If an Andro sorcerer made his way near here, the entire city would be destroyed, unless our sorcerer was here, then they would bring three sorcerers, which they could do, then they would destroy the city. The dwarves don't trust magic, and the elves don't care. And I would happely let you venture off on your own on a three month hike to a magic dampener-free zone, but I have something I would like to show you. And by the way, you little runts," he said, his voice full of contempt, "I could kill you both if I wanted to. Quite easily, in fact. My name is Itsaki. I am the General of the world of Sarmatia. I see your teeth, wolf-woman. You don't know my history, and you don't know my blood. Don't think I won't hesitate to kill you if I need to. You two are strangers here from a different planet, and you will respect me and my planet. My sorcerer," he now looked to the woman, "just so happens to be on the planet. He's actually," Itsaki looked around, and thought, "about right there at the moment." He pointed to a tree in the nearby forest. "Do not misjudge the nature of the sorcerer, or the dynamics of the planet. This planet is older than most planets you will find. It is full of knowledge, some of which I shall show you now." Itsaki turned and walked back towards the Tower. "I suggest you follow, you will want to see this." Itsaki continued walking.

Silver felt her blood begin to boil with rage. Her hand went to her sword, but she chose to instead take her silver wolf form and lope in the opposite direction. "Do as you please, Atreyu. I refuse to let this arrogant ass bother me any longer. I will take my chances in that forest. I don't care how fucking old this world is. I will kill anything that gets in my way. Fucking idiots here." She continued her lope, one ear turned backwards for signs of pursuit. The wolf was confident that she could outrun anything that came her way- she had the natural power Flikr. She could run so fast her physical form would lose cohesion and would flicker in and out of reality. She paused before the woods, smelling it. Danger! Yay!" She sauntered inside, hoping Atreyu would follow her. She loved the boy quite dearly.

Atreyu followed Silver who now chose to leave in her wolf form. He agreed full-hearted with her evaluation of this world.
