'Dammit' Anor cried, but only Itskai heard. "I know, old friend, you need some work on that probe thing. Maybe Silver will teach us." Anor cancelled the magic that he pulled from Atreyu's mind. He didn't want any more of his thoughts planted into the things mind. 'How the Hell does Chian do it so cleanly?' "He is a powerful Sorcerage. He can do anything cleanly." 'Eh.'
Tarya ignored the boy's was squirming. He was Siranian, and a sharpshooter, he could see every movement the boy made, even the blood pulsing benath its skin. Tarya withdrew his elven blade, a beautifully crafted sword. In a flash, he was behind Silver, sword to the back of her neck. The entire thing had taken no more than a nanosecond. He knew he would utterly fail, and Silver would have him at swordpoint, but tarya had to wonder with Silver, how many swords would she hold against him?

Silver saw his movements in almost slow motion, though he was moving faster than most of her opponents. As the sword came up to her neck, she went into motion, twirling to the side and sliding her foot along the ground, attempting to drag Tarya off his feet. Her swordless hand came towards where his face would be if he fell, claws ready to poke him to show his weak spot. The wolf demon heard and acknowledged the things happening around her, but as they were no immediate threat, she ignored everything besides Tarya.

Tarya was deeply surprised. She was so much faster than Sharik. Or maybe he had had just gotten slower. Probably the latter. Tarya dropped his elbow, guarding his face, placing his sword point down in the ground, launching himself over Silver's foot and over her entirely. He dropped, sliding a foot towards her non-moving foot, a fist towards her chest, his sword at hers.
Anor watched the spar with interest. He had always known Tarya's speed, but he had never guessed it to match anything close to Silver's. Well, it wasn't anything close to Silver, but it was still pretty damn fast. Anor had to watch carefully i order to catch him. He had to watch his movements in order to guess what Silver was doing.

As Tarya began his launch into the air, she foresaw his plans and dropped her sword less hand to the ground and pushed her body of the ground and supported her weight with her hand. She then back-flipped so she was out of reach and considered pulling out a shruiken just to end this mock battle. Deciding against that, she jumped behind him and put him at sword point. Naturally, this all took place in the span of about .035 seconds, but to the wolf demon, it had felt like nearly 30 seconds due to the way time slowed when she was in this state.

Tarya dropped as she went over him. He finally remembering his skills, unlocking his lost speed. Well, some of it anyway. He flipped heels over head, landing on his feet away from Silver. His cloak had long fallen off, so faster than even Silver could see, he pulled and strung his bow, and nocked an arrow. He had thousands of years of practice at it, and the entire thing was done in what could be considered an instant, even to Silver. Tarya held the bow ready. He had no intention of using it, it was just to end the battle. He panted. "You win."
Chian laughed.

Silver blinked at the arrow, a shruiken had popped into her hand as she heard the string whine as it was pulled back. "So soon?" She asked, her breathing and heart rate barely affected. "Huh. Nicely made bow." She approached him, admiring the workmanship. She tossed the shruiken nonchalantly into the air, where it promptly disappeared. Her ear flicked in Chian's direction, but she was more interested in the bow. "May I?" She asked, holding out her hand to recieve the bow. Hers wasn't near as nice, which was why it was in her room at the Inn rather than with her. She preferred shruiken as her distance weapon.

"I am no longer in my prime." Tarya handed the bow to Silver. "It's crafted of the Siranian wood, Seramin wood, yew, ash, red oak, cherry nye, serik, neir, dendroid wood, and several others. The designs were carved by my mother. It is my treasure, my precious, were I to sell it, which I never will, it would fetch enough money to buy theTower." Tarya watched Silver with a watchful eye. He trusted her, but he simply wanted to watch his bow.

"Mm. I have heard of most of those." Silver reached out and took an arrow out of thin air, nocked the arrow and aimed at the top of the tower. She pulled back, feeling the tension in it. Slowly she released the tension and took the arrow off, tossing it after the shruiken. A finger ran down its length, her weapons expert eye studying the wood blend and the bend of the bow. It was light, but not exceptionally so. "It's beautiful. Too bad I am not a master archer anymore. Gave it up for the lighter and more portable shruiken. Nearly as effective, but not nearly as fun to hold. Alas, my wood weapon making skills aren't very strong, either. My bow sucks royal ass." She returned the well crafted weapon and pulled out another shruiken. "I'm more into metallurgy myself. I make these of a blend of mostly silver, then other harder metals to reinforce them. All hand made, so I usually go through the effort of recollecting them all. Each one is unique." She offered the exceptionally sharp weapon to him. The bladed edges were alternately smooth and sharp or serrated and sharp. There were four blades on it. One flat side was decorated with wolves, ivy and a rare type of gorgeous flower. The other depicted a scene from hell, though just as beautiful as the other side and intricately done. The overall weapon was exceptionally light.

Tarya unstrung his bow and returned it to his back. He examined the peculiar weapon. It was unlike any he had seen before. He had seen round swords, but never anything this small. "So, you throw it, and it kills people? Interesting." Tarya never touched the metal; he didn't know what silver was, and he had learned his lesson about foreign metals from steel a while back. Well, it didn't feel harmful. He concentrated on the shape and design of the weapon, focusing his magic. One suddenly popped into his hand. It had no designs, but it was the same shape, and without silver, replaced with titanium. "For me, you know, I wish to practice with it." He practiced holding it.

Silver held hers in the appropriate manner to show him, "A rather difficult weapon, but once mastered, it's rather fun and uses less energy than a bow." She held it between her pointer and middle fingers, searching for a target. She finally picked a leaf that stuck out from the rest, then flicked the weapon at it. As expected, it sailed through the air in a fashion similar to a Frisbee, then nailed the leaf and ripped it off the branch, burying itself into the ground. "Mm. Something like that." The shruiken disappeared promptly at her gaze as she willed it into the netherworld, the leaf remaining behind.

"Oh, I'm not worried about energy. I'm Siraninan, we have plenty of physical energy. We only sleep becuae we still have normal mental energy." He held the shruiken as she did. "Like this?" He threw the shruiken exactly as she had, and it sailed into the forest, cutting a sapling in half before embedding itself in a tree trunk. "Wow, that is a good weapon." It disappeared from the tree and reappeared in Tarya's hand. "I know a really cool weapon. It's a marble, or so said Chian when he brought them here for us." He reached into his pouch and pulled out a small glass ball, the size of a marble. The inside was green and smoky, and it moved. "Surprisingly, there is no magic involved, simply, umm... science, that's it." He threw the marble a distance away into an open field. It accelerated as it went, travelling several times the speed as it was when Tarya threw it. The second it hit the ground, it exploded. It was quite a large explosion, leaving a considerable crater. "It gets faster in the air, and then it goes inside of the unucky person, blowing them and anyone around them up. But oh! My second favorite that you might like." From his back, he pulled a round sword. It was a semi circle with a handle going from one end to the other to hold on to. The entire blade was serrated, and the blade itself was only an inch wide. It also had a serrated blade coming out of both ends. It was an impressive weapon. The bell rang. On the top of the Tower was a large bell, surrounded by elves watching in all directions. When it rang, everything went on high alert. Everything moved quickly. Tarya turned to Silver and Atreyu. "We're going to need your guys' help." He then ran into the Tower. Itsaki mounted Anor, and he propelled himself into the air, flying to the east to see what they were against. People from the city ran inside the wall, and it closed. Anor flew over the city, and further on, to find that the Andro had entered their land. A lot of Andro. Several hundreds of thousands of them marched in a large group. Anor swung around and landed beside Silver. "Silver, I need you at the front. I reccomend bringing your sword. Atreyu, we need your magic from the Tower. Get to the top, find Tarya. And someone find Chian!" Anor lifted back into the air, Itsaki rolled a small crystal between his fingers.

Silver sighed, "I was hoping for a nap first, but action is good too." With that, she began walking towards the east for the front line. "Hey, giant man on flying creature. Can I know what we are up against, please? Besides Andro. I am not from around here and I can't fight things I know nothing about." She turned around and walked backwards, eyes on Atreyu. "Be careful, fight well, and make me proud. After this nonsense is over I would like to speak with you- maybe while washing your wings?" She said enticingly while waiting for Itsaki's answer. She refused to Flikr there until she knew what she was fighting. "Oh, and please don't blow up our current allies. I know how your temper can be, and I know they irritate you. Just please, for me, keep your head clear and do as they instruct. I pray they treat you with respect, as well." She began to hollar the last part as the distance grew between them.

Itsaki flew over Silver, jumping off of Anor's back and landing heavily on the ground beside her. "Andro are about seven feet tall, black, tough skin, you may call them demons, well, other worlds would. They have sharp claws, don't let them swing at you, trust me, they're a LOT faster then they look. Watch their teeth, too, sharp buggers. Stand on two legs, kind of like demented dogs. They're tough skin makes them fairly resiliant, so aim your attacks for their necks, tendons, faces, and never attack their back, that won't do you any good. Just the back of their head, I believe." Itsaki remounted Anor, flying high.

Suddenly, as Atreyu watched the ridiculous mock battle he felt suprisingly left out. He felt as if people had just gone off and done stuff without him and left him to catch up with them later. He shook off the feeling and watched quietly.
Atreyu grinned about the reference to the first time he met Silver. It was immediate and compelling attraction that was impossible for him to ignore. He nodded, he would let them treat him worse than they already had if Silver asked him to. He ran towards the tower, picking up speed, then he spread his large wings and took off. He quickly sensed where he might find the best updraft and headed towards it, he wasn't going to fly the hieght of a tower on muscle alone, that would be stupid. Quickly rising on the column of hot air he used a little of his elemental skill to aid his flight towards the tower. He yelled in exhillaration of his flight, it was always a little scary, one mess up and he would be left in a tangle of skin and broken bones, he loved taking the chance. He would have to worry about not remembering exactly who Tarya was when he got there. He alighted upon the top of the tower lightly, feeling a little out of breath. He could have kicked himself, his eyes stung. Oh why did he not carry his flying goggles everywhere he went. He thought of where he left them, on his bed in an entirely different world.

Tarya met Atreyu on the top of the Tower. They did not normally fight from the main Tower, but mainly from the wall or the higher rooms of the Tower. "Okay, just focus your magic down on the Andro. If they come through the wall, don't attack the men in red armor." Tarya readined his arrows.
Itsaki was able to fly into his room and retrieve his broadsword before flying out over the battlefield. Some arrows flew up at him and Anor, but they ere feeble attepmts and only ended in them coming straight back down and killing another Andro. Anor landed behind the main army and Itsaki dismounted. Anor growled, facing the Andro that were turned to face them. Anor leapt forward, teeth bared, and Itsaki charged, swords ignited.
Chian watched. He sat on his perch, on a tall pillar jutting from the top of the tower. He was fifty feet above the Sharpshooters, and from here he could see the entire field. No one would die, well, no Man would die. He was curious in what kind of magic the avian would do. He felt apologetic towards the adept. He had been contemptful since he first met him, without even knowing him. Itsaki had done the same. When the battle ended, he had already seen the outcome, he should probably apologize, it would only be right. Chian kept to himself, only one knew where he was, and he could feel that being's presence around him.
