*Pouncehugz all present* HAPPY TURKEY DAY! *Noms all turnkey in sight*
However, my TG hasn't been all that grand. I had to work from 7-10 am, then we brought our neighbor's dogs over 'cause we are dogsitting them and the little one ran away over 8 hours ago and we still haven't caught him. To put on a note of finality, their boxer, Hendricks, has a bad cough that came from one of three things- my scrubs (Kennel Cough), the cold air (It snowed again today) or when I was trying to keep him from eating the cats (Had him leashed in the house and he may have injured his throat from pulling too hard).
Damnit.
Hope everyone else is having a better time than me.
Oh and my mom and I are sick, too. =_=

Child of the Wolves...I know I don't really know you, but that suck! *hugs* I hope things get better!
I don't want to rub it in or anything, but my thanksgiving is rocking! Aside from some family chaos, anyways. Turkey came out amazing, my boy friend and I got to chill, South Park, Family Guy, Survivor, AND Supernatural was on....Amazing night, it really was...
I do hope all gets better though.

Oh, you know me. ^^ And thanks. Dog has now been MIA for over 10 hours. And I am going to bed. To sleep restlessly. And freeze to death. *Shivers* But I am glad you had a good night! I watched Survivor and the marathon of Hells Kitchen. =3 All while running around looking for Max and freezing my tail off. Speaking of turkey, ours sucked. We got the bad pick of the flock- it was really fatty. Mom cooked it perfect, but... Beeeedddddd! My friend! *Curls up under blankies and snoozes*

Bad news. I can now label this as my worst Thanksgiving ever. I went in to work this morning and filed a lost dog report because we still haven't found Max. Front desk lady asked if I lived near Parsley Ave., because a man had called in last night saying a dog had been hit by a car. I said I lived nearby, so she called the man for identification while I went back to work. About an hour or so later a friend of mine came in and said they wanted me at the front desk. I went up there, and our vet tech plus most of my supervisors were up there. The front desk lady showed me a picture on a cell phone and asked if that was my missing dog. Max was struck by a car yesterday afternoon and killed on impact. I later identified the body.
Happy fricking Thanksgiving.
