Exists in the realms of swords and sorcery.
One step after another, through the forest of towering evergreens. A man walked. He had semi-long, brown hair, vivid green eyes. He wore a black duster that came to mid-calf. On his hips were two long, thin rapiers, which he was proficient enough with. He was better at magic though. Most notable about him was his wings, that came through holes in his duster. A cool breeze floated through his hair and feathers, rustling them playfully. Even though he could fly, he chose to walk, the forest was easier to enjoy that way. Like they say, it is not about the destination, it is about the journey. The man felt at peace with the world walking down the silent dirt road.

The young woman appeared to be maybe 20 years old and was very simply clad, wearing only a long, white robe with pale blue trim, brown sandals presumably made of leather, and one band of thin gold on her left hand around her ring finger. Her long, nearly white hair hung down to her waist, the top part of it pulled back into a braid and laying atop a fall of loose, white-gold hair. Only those with the strongest sense of religion and faith would be able to see an aura about her- a golden blue aura. Her eyes were split color- one a shocking shade of gold, the other blue. They matched the accents to her robe. The young woman looked perfectly human, except for her vertical, cat-like pupils. She sat beside the road, a small fire burning with a kettle full of water above it, suspended on a metal rack. A knapsack rested against the woman's thigh, open and revealing a small pouch on top of whatever lay beneath it. Her eyes were closed, and her hands were pressed together, pinky and ring finger folded into the palms, thumbs, forefinger, and middle finger sticking out and pressed together in an expression of contemplation.

He continued into the forest until he came upon a camp. This surprised him since he hadn't seen anyone in the forest since he entered, which was two days ago. He looked around, trying to find the owner. Spotting her he waved and gave a good natured smile. "Hi," He said as he flicked hair out of his eyes, "I didn't think I would meet anyone in such a big forest." He gave her a closer look, and realized that, other than the cat eyes she looked normal but something about her power levels was odd.

Angel opened her gold and blue eyes as Coryn spoke, carefully taking him in before smiling in return. "Good day, young sir. Care to join me for some tea?" She pulled a second mug out of her back pack, "I would love some company. As you say, this is a big forest, and you, too, are the first I have seen in a long while." Angel checked Coryn over, admiring the large brown wings. Her own wings- hidden from the faithless- were whiter than the purest snow and softer than the finest down. As her name suggested, Angel was, in fact, an angel. Sort of. She was of the lower sect known as spirits, but most, after discovering her religious power, called her an angel. The cat spirit was okay with that, and took the calling as her name, despite being a guardian spirit rather than a true angel.

Sha'laki glided over the realm, the endless green expanse of the forest gliding past beneath him. Though much weaker and more primitive, the transition form of the landbound-dragon-Coristor was the most fun. Now, flying over the forest, his red fur waving, his leathery wings to either side, he could see why Anor preferred this form. But then he reacted to something, every muscle in his body sort of twitched, the way it did whenever he entered heaven. It was the sign of the Gods, though he could feel no Gods in this forest. Was Keena here? It would be unlikely, Sha'laki had left him in Sarmatia, after the Shadow attack. Sha'laki spun around, diving back towards the forest where he felt the aura. As a jaguar, he jumped from tree to tree, landing lightly on the ground as a tiger. He walked to the path, his paws silent on the soft forest floor. He could see a camp, and at first he thought he saw an angel, but it was just the wings, definately not angel. These wings were brown, and the person unremarkable. It was his companion, though. Her aura to him was red, a sign of a heavenly presence. But that was because he and heaven never got along very well. And her wings were pure white, astounding to anyone, really. Sha'laki shifted to his preferred human form, a tall man of about five feet eleven inches, short brown hair, well built, but not overly muscular, and wearing simply a green tunic and black pants. His clothing changed from Time to Time. He stepped onto the path, his interest mainly on the not-quite-an-angel being. Her power was a bit short of an angel, but still....

Angels eyes darted to the man stepping out of the shadows, watching him carefully. "You See me." She said simply to the man, figuring he'd know what she was talking about. "Would you care to join me and...My friend for tea?" She asked, hesitating only a moment to look at Coryn, unsure of his name. In truth, she knew his name. She was a spirit and had access to the records, but it might frighten him if she babbled out their names without ever having to hear them.

"Yes, yes, I See you, my friend. Though I am unsure as to why a Spirit is out here in the middle of such a forlorn forest. You are the one they call Angel, are you not? That's the only name of yours I've heard, though I'm sure you have others. They all do. But yes, I'd love to join you." Sha'laki sat gracefully beside the spirit. The effect of her aura had long worn off, it was only a temporary thing. "And hello, Angel's companion. I have never seen you yet, what is your name?" he asked the avian.

Coryn took one look at the other and recognized him for the construct that he was. He generally did not like these things. They had no sense of restraint, took things way to seriously, and were arrogant. He generally got in arguments with this type and indeed, to them, he was a careless asshole. He realized that this place was no longer suitable for the peace he desired. He turned to the woman. "Angel is it? I am deeply sorry but I cannot stay for tea. Under different circumstances I might have stayed but alas, I cannot. May we meet again." He bowed to her, gave the other a disdainful look, "let me guess, you are a god of some sort." That said he then turned upon his heel and walked deeper into the forest without waiting for an answer.

((Oh, God fucking dammit, boys. *Huffs while Angel flails about using God's name in vain* Can't you two get over yourselves? I get tired of this bullshit. You turn every rp with all three of us in it into a fight. Chill the fuck out. Angel thought it'd be nice to get into her first role play, and you have to screw it up by pissing each other off.))

((I was avoiding a fight. Like you said, every one of them there is one, so I chose to leave. There are no sore feelings with me, just a feeling of wearieness when it comes to how Cory chooses to role play. It loses all sense of fun. Since I did not want to continue with him and asking him todo something different wouldn't work and would probably cuase a fight like previous experiences, I chose to leave to allow a good role play to continue. I do not mind if I am not in this one since I can make a new one. Please, do have fun with this Angel.))

((Dude, chill the fuck out. You've never RPed with Sha'laki before, you don't know how he is. He's not like any of my other characters. I didn't want a fight with you, I didn't want to piss you off, I'm sorry. I guess Sha'laki isn't a good charcter. Damn, try keeping a cool head and roll with it.))

((My head is cool. I am not in any way trying to cuase a fight. You think I am angry but I am not. I just don't find the atmosphere that Sha'laki creates matching to the atmosphere of the roleplay I disire at the time being. I don't care if you use him, I just don't want to be in that attitude now. I don't understand why both of you are upset, I am not trying to tell you to change it, and I want you two to have a good roleplay. Why are you taking this offensively?))

(( Only if you insist... )) Angel watched the avian disappear into the forest with a sad expression on her face, "Farewell, then." She turned to Sha'laki, "Interesting that you have heard of me. I'm one of the higher class spirits, and not one to descend to the mortal world often. My business is my own in this forest, but I do wonder, Sha'laki of the Coristor, what brings you to this forest? Simple curiosity?" Angel pulled the kettle off the fire and poured the hot water into two mugs. Setting it aside, she filled two packets from her bag with dried berries and leaves from the pouch. The spirit then clipped two metal chains to each packet before dropping it into the water. The tea now steeping, Angel handed a mug to Sha'laki.
